Vaccination Coverage in Kindergarten, 2011-2012

New article in MMWR about vaccination coverage among children in kindergarten in the US in the 2011-2012 school year (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6133a2.htm?s_cid=mm6133a2_w).

Vaccine coverage rates are pretty good, though less than HealthyPeople 2020 goal of for Varicella and Measles. Exemptions, 10 states < 1% and 9 >4% (Alaska, Idaho, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Oregon, Vermont)- I'm only finding 7.
